  • I have asked for a decade the research that proves the pollution comes up from the Ohio Valley, a cited piece of data by all government and industry spokespersons, but none has ever produced it. The prevailing winds, according to Environment Canada are from the North West, not the South west. Neither the National Geographic staff nor the World Health Organization rank the Ohio Valley as the Most Polluted Spot, but they Did Sarnia.

  • Most polluted, maybe. But all the pollution blows up from the Ohio valley and kind of settles here

  • As a child I used to play in there. Security was not as tight as it probably is now. We used to find all types of toxic barrels and waste in the treed area's. We also used to take turns climbing up some of the ladders on the stacks. This was only in the late 80's. To think of it now I am horrified, I was probably exposed to so much Crap growing up in Sarnia!

  • Got nothing on the Ohio Valley

  • @CanadianWorkDivers Actually Sarnia has been ranked by National Geographic and the United Nations as the most polluted city in North America.

  • Ok I seen it now - That's what's up - At least we have people that give a dam about what we breath in everyday!
