1. Mandatory drug and alcohol screening for prior offenders.
2. Mandatory reproductive elimination for both sexes after 2 children.
3. Make everyone receiving Welfare who is ABLE BODIED attend vocational rehabilitation classes or perform community service.
These are just a few ideas that will give the tax payer something for their money.

The maximum welfare provided to people with kids ONLY is $250 per month and it doesn't matter if they have 1 or 10 kids. In fact,I don't feel like we are responsible for providing people who work because they choose not to with anything. All you morons defending these system abusing parasites make me sick. Only a drug screening? These societal leeches should be sterilized. If you're not grown-up enough to take care of yourself like an adult then you shouldn't be pooping out more babies that statistically will grow up to be just as much a parasite as the "parent." If you draw government aid for a substantial period of time you should give up your right to procreate.

i agree with you, my dad owns a buisness and he pays alot of taxes, he gets mad becuz he know that his money is going to ppl who just sit around the section 8 caves and just eat all day, watch t.v. and just relax all, my dad is a very hard wrker and myself who wrks for him and pay taxes and i get mad becuz these ppl are lazy and they need to get up from there couches and find jobs and wrk there ass off.. fukin i hate welfare ppl bunch of m.f FREELOADERS we should do a drug test on these fukrs..

@Patjersey3000 Not as a percentage of the population. There are 180 Million whites and 36 million blacks...you have to take that into account. They also have more, as a percent, on disability. So they're doing very well as a culture..
