  • Les Mis is the No. 1 musical for a reason and if this doesnt help prove it i dont know what will! Over 25 years and still running strong.

  • Amazing and so poignant at this time of the year when families are worrying and missing there loved ones

  • What a talent! What a voice!

  • different gravey!! sends shivers down my spine such an amazing voice, im learning this musical it makes it so hard to live up to that standard and being afraid of ruining the song!!

  • I remember the first time I ever heard Colm Wilkinson sing "Bring Him Home." It was during a PBS special about rehearsals for the then-new musical, "Les Miserables." I was taping it, and recall my feeling of breathlessness and suspended animation while he sang this. That crystal-clear final note had me in tears.

Of course, one of the kids later taped over the performance.

  • boo boo on the last "him" but irregardless, the emotion and intensity are immense!!!

  • the summer beat summer school showchoir program at pleasant hill middle/high school is doing this as their ballad, i trust it will be a beautiful work of art and it makes me so proud to know that they will be performing such an amazing tribute to our soldiers. luv ya and god bless

  • Yes bring them home they should not be dying so that the oil barons can get rich. Bring Bush and Blair to court to face charges murder.

  • Check out "Mads Belden Bring Him Home" amazing stuff...

  • Wow, awesome singing!

  • Thank you. I'm a huge fan of the Les Mis London cast and perhaps an even bigger opponent to the war in Iraq. While on a Les Mis kick ... I stumbled across this incredibly stirring tribute. I sent the link to everyone I knew ... thank you.

  • how can you not like colm wilkinson?

    nice vid

  • Beautiful video, but I dont like Colm Wilkinson

  • bring all the boys home, both yours and ours. it's time they stopped dying for bush and blairs gain. nice vid, beautiful song.

  • nice

  • Look at this bring him home video I found:

search for ( bring him home mads belden )

19 year old Norwegian singer Mads Belden, a huge talent !!! amazing !!!

  • I do apreciate the time you took to honor our soldiers, though I do disagree with the sentiment of brining them home. They are where they need to be, I only regret not being able to join them for medical reasons.

  • BRING THEM HOME NOW AND ALIVE

  • my dad was in the military so i know how much this means. thanks!

  • Colm Wilkinson is sssooo good! Thanks for dedicating this to the soldiers in Iraq. I don't know any, but i feel sorry for them for fighting in one of the most pointless wars ever

  • My husband is an amateur actor, performer, Social Worker, and a recent Iraq Veteran. We have always loved this song and this show. Since returning, this show and many of its other wonderful songs have new meaning for him, and us. He is not a Tenor so he is unable to sing this song but often sings "Empty Chairs and Empty Tables" with a dedication to people he knew, and did not know, that lost their lives serving our country. We appreciate the sentiment.

  • well done

  • Cincycosette, yes it is. It doesn't get much better than this.

  • I don't know the right words in Shakespeare's language, but for Boublil an Schonberg, the 'Misérables" are poors Irakiens who want peace.

  • Is this the 10th Anniversary concert version?

  • god bless america...and boublil et schonberg

  • Great song and great slide show to back it up. Well done.

  • thanks for the dedication to all our brave men and women serving to keep us free.

  • I love how this is dedicated to our soldiers. Awesome!
