Thanks and praise are due to both pupil and teacher. :-) There was so much to love in that routine: the gorgeously elaborate outer layer; the sexy and sparkly second layer; the extremely difficult-looking but spectacular hoop effect; and the sweet, coy gestures and dance moves giving way to joyous exuberance as the layers came off, culminating in a look of radiant delight. Seeing the dancer herself having such a good time is definitely one of the major attractions of neo-burlesque.
