@video166. Yes. Using a flash cart (without patches) to play Heart Gold (and I'm assuming Soul Silver) can cause the game to freeze at certain points (usually every ten minutes or so). What will happen is what happens in this video where the Poke Balls spin endlessly, or it can occasionally freeze while loading new areas or (I think) talking to people. Whenever the game "freezes", only the controls glitch up and the game stops loading whatever it was loading; the music will still play.
