How is the feel of Dream Smooth Mousse? The last time I tried it, I rather liked its texture, but it felt kind of heavy on my skin. That was YEARS ago though, so it may be different now. The packaging is different at least from when I tried it.

I have dark circles and someone mentioned trying a light refracting powder type thing under my eyes. I was wondering if you have any good recommendations? @TheAnomalousIzzie I've tried a couple of these "light reflecting powders" and they do very little to make them look less obvious. I would just suggest a really good concealer. :)
