This was amazing and anyone who can't see that needs to open their mind a bit. Burlesque has a vast and colorful history and had been an integral part of American entertainment since the turn of the century. At it's fundamental level, it is stripping. But, it's stripping with an emphasis on the "tease" as opposed to just getting naked. This does take talent. This is an art form. Seriously, what common stripper would have KITT as a part of her act? This woman is a true showman (woman)!!!

This isn't stripping--this is, as she stated, an art form.It's a dance. A SEXY one, yes. But it's not meant to be vulgar. I agree it may not have gotten her very far as the show itself goes, but I wish they at least gave her a chance to explain why it's important her. Women shouldn't be ashamed of their bodies.

I would have respected Brandy's opinion if she hadn't been so childish throughout the entire performance -- mocking Michelle and being so downright rude. As it stands, she should have kept her gigantic mouth shut if she didn't have it in her to be a proper judge.

What i saw was talent. The judges on that show (besides hasselhoff) were extremely biased against her, brandi had her eyes shut the entire time! Thats not judging! She took on the responsibility and i think she should have given her a fair go. The brittish guy only said that because his wife was there! How pathetic! Your a judge, now bloody do your job!

Burlesque isn't about smut and getting naked, it's about the tease, it's about girls like Bettie Page and Dita Von Teese making something sexy extremtly beautiful and artistic. It takes a lot of guts and a lot of talent, and even if Brandy didn't like it, she didn' thave to be so openly and obviously rude about it.
