These roads are completely retarded. How anyone could want to live there is beyond me.  They are much worse than what is portrayed in this video, especially at night when all their cars are parked in the road because they don't have room for driveways or garages.

LA is a nice place, but a lot of it is run down. If there's one place I'd live in LA it would probably be Santa Monica, it's got a nice atmosphere. Bel Air and Beverly Hills are just boring!

I live in LA. Sure places like South Central are run down. But LA is one of the biggest cities in the world. Los Angeles has a lot of different neighborhoods, cities within cities, and everything. A lot of it is not really run down, but certain places - as it is with other big cities in the US and around the world - are.

Los Angeles - the main city - is where all the fun happens. Bev H isn't as boring as Bel A - all the snobs are there. Hollywood H-East is where the fun happens in the hills!

l.a. parts which have fewer blacks or mexicans are the cleanest and safest, hence more whites and not run down. show me an all-white neighborhood that's run down.

as late as 1960 l.a. was 90 percent white. that was perhaps the last of the best of l.a.

even most of east l.a. on out to san bernadino was white. then the mexicans began to move in and it went down the tubes.

south central attracted blacks after ww11 and has been a dump ever since.

when they move to west l.a., it'll go down too.

i used to love l.a. and was going to move there from the south a few years back. i made a trip there during the mid-'90's that changed my mind. if - and this is a big if - i were moving in a say, almost crime-free paradise it'd be one thing. but l.a. is so crime riddled it'd make jack webb of ''dragnet'' roll over in his grave...the transformation his beautiful city has made. except for the rich whites who can stay away from the barrios, l.a. will be a no-go zone for whites in less than 10 yrs.

I am black and I feel the same way. During my time I have learned that there are two types of black people: you have the normal blacks and then you have the house niggers that live in south central giving all of the blacks a bad name. Look at the 1992 rodney king incident. then you have inglewood and compton. I can't imagine east l.a. without the mexicans
