Braddah no need to sear da fish just(although it's not a bad idea) cut it in to cubes put a little hawaiian salt,green onion(scallions),a little sesame oil, chili pepper flakes mix and eat.
I usually don't care for Ogo(seaweed) in mine I call it turtle food cause thats what the turtles feed on so i try not to eat it often.

yes, furikake is awesome if you can find it. The local market, Lahaina Farms, has an excellent version with furikake and black roe; delicious.
