  • Mase was cold

  • You wanna dance you dance.

  • <3 this song!! i miss the 90's music

  • this beat is dope

  • @kinggerick

I think most of the verses in the whole album were written by biggie. That's why it had so many hits - the guy was a lyrical genius.

  • Comment removed

  • is it just me or did mase verse sound like biggie wrote it? ?

  • @kinggerick Nahh mase was sick with the rappin, very underrated. He was mentored by biggie and he could've been the next "Biggie" if he didn't stop rapping. His first two albums was crazy.

  • Let's Dance by; David Bowie sample ...

  • @forteezblok This was from '97. Tell us something we dont know Prof.Hindsight

  • Who's music is this? Nile Rogers , he produced this track. Nile Rogers CREATED the music, Bowie hired him to produce his LP and it was a HIT! I hear it put Bowie back on the map! Such a biggie that the then MaDonna hot off her debut LP wanted a career chart topper and knew of Rogers' work during his legendary yes LEGENDARY run in the 70's, notably the group Chic. She wanted to work with him, he agreed, she was happy and they made history, Like A Virgin..

  • @jerseydimepiece preach!

  • dam someone please invent a time machine so i can go back to the 90s fuck the music of 2010s

  • My brother used to listen to Puff Daddy in middle school. I love Bowie and I never made the connection that this was used in a Puff Daddy song played all the time by my brother back in 97. Then one day my roommate played the song and I got flashback. It's funny because sometimes lines of this song get stuck in my head but I never bothered to look it up.

  • @oKILL3RJESUSo You were in Yonkers, NY ? Doubtful. .....

  • this is a great track and i know everyone's all nostalgic about this, but really this is pop rap. it's definitely not "real hip-hop" puffy was pretty much the pioneer of the soulless materialistic rap scene we have today. that said, the bad boy family put out music that has stood the test of time and I don't think we can say that about today's future swag twitter garbage.

  • Mase: eat the mami's chocha n drive her loca

  • i Love this Album. 90s

  • I can just picture diddys fancy ass dancing round in the background to this shit lmao

  • @leaftix1 lmao

  • don't look at mine get your own

  • 12 years old when this came out... The rest is history!

  • 9 years old I was when this came out. No wonder any one my age or around my age hates today's "rap". We were spoiled with the good shit like this!!

  • I was born in '88 this was the first cassette I ever bought I can't remember how I started liking rap but I never looked back and this is definitely my first connection that I can really pinpoint to rap.

  • Bought this album when I was 9 years old I remember it was a cassette too. I remember it being summer when it came out and I would play it in the stereo all summer long. This album officially started my life long respect for 90s (and other quality rap before and after) hip hop.

  • mase is too smoov

  • Diddy's a brilliant producer & businessman, but with Biggie gone, and Mase out of the picture, he'll never be able to top his debut album. He's filthy rich, though... so I guess he doesn't have to.

  • @ProfessorJayVenom Very well said man

  • Hearing this is like a time machine for your ears.

  • These 3 rappers together can wipe out all the rappers of today

  • Wow between Mase & Biggie They Blow Any Rapper out The Picture.

  • david bowe - Lets Dance

  • P Diddy;

I am the macaroni with cheese? Does this you become fat from listening to P Diddy's music?

  • @EuromanMovieReport

No. It means he wrote his own lyrics for this song. I don"t believe Big or Mase would write wack shit like that.

  • niggaz know you against the harlem gigolo!

  • Ma$e!!!

  • What happened to Mase? He was massive in the late 90's. I loved this song when i was kid. If i remember correctly J Lo was in the video. Wicked tune. Before Hip Hop became Hip Pop.

  • "Nigga please. I'm the macroni and the Cheese."

Love when puff was able to write his own lyrics.

  • HARLEM WORLD trend setters till we die!!!!!!!!

  • Mase at one point was considered better than Biggie. I remember very well. Mase was always requested on HOT 97 radio in NY much more than Biggie, and everyone in general liked Mase more.

  • @Eight1Eighty2 i dont know about better than biggie,,,,,BUT at his highest point he was up there

  • @Eight1Eighty2 Lol.. No where close to B.I.G.. Listen To life After Death.. Females just liked Ma$e more because he was a pretty boy & B.I.G. wasnt but NY knew who was the King..Ma$e was more of a Knight..

  • @NYCdoloFLA

This was my very first hip hop album when i was 8 years old :D I use to live in a babysitter's house and i learned about Puffy and Mase from all those cool videos that i watched on his cable t.v. I can just picture buying this album. I cut school one day and went with some friends to the mall, and i had to get someone 18 years old help me buy

  • The only reason you think all the rap today sucks is because you listen to the mainstream shit. Gotta find the underground less known rappers. Now thats the real shit.

Oh shit my bad, that was my inner Tupac talking.

  • I love this beat

  • 6 people ain't even been out there city .

  • 6 people 4got what rap is... This whole CD was a banger

  • Your age doesn't grant you license to redefine terms! Old school rap ended in the early 90's. Busta Rhymes rolled w/ a posse who called themselves Leaders of the New (School). Saying it's Old School because it's old to you, is like calling a 80's Z28 a "Classic car". Car enthusiasts have a true meaning to a word/phrase. Music fans, or rap fans do too. Certain words have collective meanings. Old school rap is 80's til Wu Tang Clan dropped some wicked new beats and turned it into hip hop.

  • Gotta give props to David Bowie for this.

  • Remember when this was hot in the clubs, late 90's were awesome times

  • TeTeTeTeTeTeTell why you mad son, tell why you mad.

  • this is the nicest beat ever, you have to give respect to the original , which is one of Bowies best songs(from his 80s era anyway).Bad Boy did well with this one, some words of advice, smoking endo to this song is absolutely crazy, in fact smoking to this album is topps...

  • @thefisherking92 ....WTF is ENDO....its INDO which is negro slang for indoor, because they dont know how to enunciate when they speak.
