Also watch her left hand and her chin, she gives all the signs of an untrained vocal approach, if she had been singing with air instead of her throat she would probably still have most of her quality intact, but sadly she was not. She is a legend and I love her but there is a difference now.

@thejahoflife mariahs 90s voice wasnt her settled real voice anyways..her quality would of slightly changed anyway...she can still hit all the notes she hit in "love takes time" but the "soul sound" wouldnt be there...because her tone did indeed change..

@jaypaidincash voices "season" that's a fact but some voices set the bar too high and when the bar can no longer be reached they fade away. Incidently have you ever checked out The live "Oh holy Night" by Celine Dion...she can work on my nerves but she has proven in that performance that her voice is THE REAL THING! She touches on perfection in that performance with an impressive array of Crescendo, Diminuendo,Vibrato, Timbre and overall skill and raw talent.

@thejahoflife celine is a good example.. but i honestly think mariah just had a voice that sounded soulful as it was young..but as she aged either it settled into her final natural tone or SHE changed her way of singing..making herself sound diffrent.

@sixfobrutha Mariah is under treatment to get preggers and it makes her get fat. Poor thing. She has been fuller before but since she started trying to get pregnant she became huge.
