fallout is 1950s era......bioshock has an art deco style which is 1920s-1930s era

no...Bioshock is set in the 1950s...but the city was created in the 1920s-1930s...which is why it has an art deco style (art deco went out of fashion before the 50s). Fallout is set 200 years in the future...but takes place in an alternate reality where 50s fashion/style extended past the 50s.
