If you understand the term condition, you know that (1st) Iran needs to continue its nuclear program, (2nd) Iran needs to develop a nuclear weapon, and (3rd) Iranian leadership needs to be insane enough as to launch a nuclear attack on Israel, an undercover nuclear power. So, we are talking in terms of years, many years for those conditions to occur. The 3rd condition may never happen, unless the country as a collective wants martyrdom.

If you understand the term 'threat', you'd know that under international law the use as well as threat of force are considered crimes. The use usually issues from mainstreaming of threats. Even George Bush doesn't claim he invades another country without 'conditions'. They are meaningless. How many countries are threatning 'obliterating' others?
