She may haave been threaatened at work, but no attorney took her Federal Case. Means it's doubtful, although the accused "has a history. Her journalism skills haven't allowed her to find a witness. There's always going to be people traveling in their groups, doing their own things. But when I can hear their comments to each other that are inappropriate and I repeat the comment, I'm a racist for it? If you don't think so, you should put Imus' shoes on for a while. The comment had nothing to do with the way the women looked at the time, it was a reference to women as they've been described by someone and the phrase is out there. The phrase was never yours to claim. The shock value of the comment is the value you've placed upon the ownership of the phrase. It's English slang and it's not yours..
