SSj4 came out in gt where go ku turned into Oozaru and after his rampage he turns into ssj4. Vegeta got some flux program from bulma which made him skip ssj3 and turn into ssj4.

He comes to earth -> gets fucked by by goku

He stays on earth -> Gets fucked up by Brolli
