It's a too easy trick.From as far i saw ,all the numbers that divide by 9 are in the table with the same symbol.

If the number is ab,then...it is equal to 10a+b..And u decrease a+b

So you'd get 9a.That can be divided by 9.Since all numbers than can be divided by 9 have the same symbol..Lawl.
