In France they aired reruns after reruns of the first 3 seasons, but we never got to see seasons 4, 5 and 6. I'm so glad I found the missing seasons, now I know how it all ended, but what a shame it had to end...

@nikosaurusrexx kinda like home improvement. They left the house there kids grew up in and did a lot of stuff, and i seen out of a list of 3, home improvement got number 1 for the saddest finale, then the nanny, and then roseanne. And whats weird all 3 are on nick @ nite.

It's very hard for me to accept that fact that this is the end of a very amazing show. If you think about it, the character of Fran Fine has grown a lot throughout these six years. If you look closely, the hair ever so gradually changes as her voice slightly loses its nasal twang, though never completely. She also matures, such as when she lets Maxwell out of his marriage proposal that he made out of guilt. (Continued in next comment.)

(Continued) I love how the seasons go; 1: Meet, 2: Start to find each other attractive, 3: Crush on each other 4: Fall in love 5: Date, Publically admit their Love, and Get Married, and 6: "Ya Know" and Have children. A lot can happen in six years.

(Continued) I Love the couple of Fran and Max SO so much, even if they are just characters, and I always will. It's amazing how this show the show has lived on these twelve years since its end and I like to believe it always will. Though I was only born around The Third Season, this show has touched me as I know it has and I'm sure it will many others throughout generations to come. It is a classic, yet original, funny, family oriented yet romantic show that has something to offer to everybody.

There is so many funny scenes in this show. Love the Finale! Favorite Characters are Maxwell, Niles and C.C. I like fran too, but not like the rest. Her mother got really funny season 4-6. This show made me hungry ALL THE TIME!!

i know most people don't watch disney or nickelodeon (not counting nick at night) but sylvia (renee taylor) has been on both the new series shake it up and victorious. while gracie (madeline zima) has been in several tv shows and movies most notably califonication and heroes.

here's hoping that there will be a show that will reunite the nanny cast.
