LOL! this is the monster in the spirit realm, in the "real" world he is the highest lvl monster in runescape and he does pwn.. Here you just have to do the pouch thing in the "real" world you fight him with combat skills.

If u wear ring and operate u get 10k xp in farm if u go in the place u did quest in the ring

Depending on the portal you use you can get more than just farming exp, theres attack exp and prayer exp up for grabs too :)

You only need to hit the boss with a pouch once, but theres a chance you could mess up and do it wrong so take as many as you think you'll need.

Im Lvl 110 but that shouldn't matter. You only get hurt if you get too close to the beast but doing it how ive shown you, theres no need to get close to the beast.
