es para ataks.. x ejemplo:

Una barrita.. que esta en negro y por ejemplo tienes 999 pm y la tecnica requiere 999 pero no te deja usarla..

cuando la barrita ete llena podras usar la tecnica eso lo saque de castle oblivion :3de otras formas no se como se usa XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

es solo una tecnica necesaria para lansar hechizos.

This is RPG Maker VX, in my opinion, I feel that RPG Maker XP which was the one before this one was much better. I still miss the old days of RPG Maker 2000 though as that was a really good version that lasted for a long time.

It's simple really. Find your desired image, save it. Then go into RPG Maker VX; go to the resources icon, go to Graphics/Battlers. Go to import then upload your file. Then select which color is transparent and semi transparent. The your done.

you can resize with paintbrush and add black borders, and also resize w/photoshop and erase smoothly the borders, then save as pong, i thing and go to the resource manager....`__`

It's simple, once you've gotten the sprite, you need to copy it, then paste it in a paint or art program, then resize it, then fill in the background, so the black box doesn't appear, did that help you? Also, when you Import, click on the colored background, and leave the right click button alone, and viola, they you go! did that help you?

You probably won't be able to do it in paint. You need to be able to save as a PNG with an alpha channel. I believe that RPG maker uses green as it's alpha.
