Technically both terms are correct: Holland is used to refer to the Western regions of The Netherlands (There's two providences-North and South). It also has an accepted use for referring to The Netherlands as a whole.

My point still stands: Either way is correct (Calling the country "Holland," or just referring to the western providences).

Also, people from any country can be fat. The fact one person is fat doesn't mean it's going to be a stereotype.
