but then some one said that i was cheating on the test...was not true...so my teacher said if you do this...where a program recognizes an object...you will not get in any kind of trouble.. if not you might get kicked out... you're the only person i found tht can help me... Please Help!!
... look, i know that our lying, its a bit obvious, this program is probably an intermediate/advanced project, to give you the lowdown you would need to know how to use vb well, and have a good mind for programing logic, the algorithms in the program are reasonably simply... im only 15 myself if i can figure out how to make a program like this im sure you can

i made a class that allows you to get the webcam input very easy (as a bitmap) i can send it too you if u like
