  • what kind of shoulder injury did you had?

  • @aminoacids13 Chronic tendinitis (2 kinds) and rotator cuff issues in the right shoulder, and similar things but non-chronic (acute) in the left.

  • @madaozeki

and now it's okay? are you doing direct rotator cuff excersises right now, what can help by olympic wl training?

  • @aminoacids13 Now I have no pain, but my flexibility was affected a bit, and sometimes I feel pain doing regular activities (not lifting). I do rotator exercises, yes.

  • @madaozeki

okay that sounds good. maybe kind of curiosity but, what kind of rotator cuff exercises do you prefer? or just the regular internal and external rotations?

  • @aminoacids13 I do 3 exercises: 1. External, 2. Internal, 3. Lateral raise. I do all 3 in a side-lying position, for 1 set of 20 reps each, slow and with a little resistance, typically 1-3x a week depending on if I remember :)

  • @madaozeki

okay thnks for your answer :d

  • @aminoacids13 Anytime :)

  • woah. nice lifting. u couldve had that last one. you'll get back into it.

  • @boykid28 Thanks :) Yeah I might've fought for that if it was a meet. Still getting used to overhead stability since my shoulders healed.

  • You totally had that last one! How much was it?

  • @nmsk80066 Thanks, I could have fought for it more but chose not to. It was only 75. This was my first workout back after a long vacation out of the country followed by a long illness :(
