i take my hat off to you. i'm a lifelong s.p. resident and i am very critical of realtors. but you guys certainly did your homework. i would rate you as being miles ahead of your competitors. in fact, there is no contest - you guys are GREAT. I would just make a couple of minor suggestions - s.p. is the highest "public" site in brooklyn. from one spot in the park you can see the tallest buildings in three boros. and you should have included a shot of the Statue of Liberty. Good Job
