There are alot of asian folks on my route and they have some pretty nasty trash, entrails, seafood leftovers, etc. I still love em though, their trash may be gross but they are usually neat and tidy in how they place it out for pickup, and that is what counts in my book.

Yeah when the truck is still mostly empty the trash slides back out into the hopper, usually I leave the blade fully extended when Im ready to go to the next stop, or I will manually extend and stop it while Im driving, to hold the trash in and give it a little extra squeeze. I usually just let it run in the videos though.
I do have rather varied music tastes, some of it you could certainly call weird. You cant beat some good Metal though, thats always my favorite!

I loved seeing 734 eat that living room chair - wow, she was hungry. I also noticed that the drink of choice in that trailer park was either Bud Light or Busch beer! As always, you make garbage pick up interesting!

I actually had this video completed and then something went wrong and it was all screwed up and I had to start from scratch, so it took extra long to make it.
I just threw about a dozen shoes away but I didn't know anyone would be interested in seeing them get crushed so I didn't video it.
Now that I know, I will get some video of it...
I have a growing list of crush friends now, people I never knew existed, from toys, dolls, diapers, tampons, shoes, inflatable toys, black trash bags, wet trash, exc, exc.....whew!

When do you think your city government will start a recycle program.Thats the only way waste will stop is when its made a law not to then there will allways be some who won't.Alot of metal and paper could sure be recycled .Great vid.
Well blytheville incenerates all its garbage but not yard waste we do compost leaves and grass i have heard.And there was a story about starting a recycle program here but don't know when or if ever.We do have seperate yard waste grabber trucks for limbs and furniture and all other bulky items.And the leaves and grass thats bagged pickup seperately.And if anyone throws out an metal appliance water heater stove freezer its not the city that grabs those an air conditioner is zapped gone like that

It all depends on the situation of that particular day. Sometimes we may not have enough drivers to cover all the routes, occaisionally their will be a route with no one to run it, and the guys that get done first are sent to do that route.Usually when you send three trucks a route can be knocked out pretty quick. I like to get done with my route ASAP so I can go help, because thats how you make the big bucks.

With these particular trucks you can set the packer so that it will go either 1, 3, 5, or 10 times per button push, something like that.

Its being considered, but I'm not counting on the City of Wichita to get much accomplished, because all they ever do is talk.
Alot of the surrounding towns and counties have mandated recycling programs though. It is a possibility we might go the same way.
