  • Yoshi or not, it's hard. I found out SMG2 way harder than SMG, and it takes more time to get 100%.

  • 77 is so much for your place.

  • ummm, double time???? how about quadruple time???

  • Just a sec. to change... How dizzy

  • Using Yoshi was harder for me.

  • sry but you suck a this game

  • Too Bad! LOL

  • 1:20 I didn't know yoshi crapped stars!

  • Comment removed

  • 1switch1switch1switch look that HARD

  • 1:27 PWNAGE!

  • Lubba decided it was important (77) because 7 is the lucky number

  • that is a hard star to get

  • hey if a yur power star number has 2 digits that are the same like... 77, 88,

or your power star number ends with 0 or 5 he says its special or somthing like that

  • It's because 7 is seen to be a lucky number, and 77 is therefore, err, twice as lucky, probably.

  • You can actually stand in the equinox between yellow and green bricks without falling.

  • This level just mindfucks you.

  • Haha, I didn't realize Yoshi was there either. I was able to do it after a while, but it was pretty rough. I'll make sure to let my friends know so they don't have to suffer like I did :(

  • @YouVideo73 OK.

Since when is 100%ing a game mean you do it perfectly? Why does the 100% right next to SMG2 not mean 100%ing the game?

  • @YouVideo73 100% can mean differently in different games; for example, In New Super Mario Bros/New Super Mario Bros Wii, the goal was to collect all Star Coins, not complete it perfectly. In this game, the 100% meant collecting: 120 Regular Power Stars (inclusive of collecting Comet Medals), 120 Green Stars and the 2 Stars in Grandmaster Galaxy, totalling to 242 Stars. If Wayoshi can't, then blame him; if he can though, it IS 100%.

  • @YouVideo73

I think you're confused about what 100%ing means. xD

  • It should be called Quadruple time. The first one is 8 counts and this one is 2 counts.

  • hey friend is more more more easy without yoshi, i can pass this comet faster

  • Is easier without Yoshi...

  • Lubba says 77 is important cause it's half of thirteen (almost)

  • @dRevan64 seven is. 13 is a lucky number, half of it is 6.5, round up, it's seven.

  • 2:11 yoshi: crap! theres more?

  • this was easy for me...and i didn't even know i could use yoshi.

  • I have past both Beat Block Comet and without it with only one try.

Just understand how the beat works, and it's way easier if you're playing drums or piano.

  • I understand why Lubba thinks 77 is important,

    7 is the lucky number

Double the amount of sevens and it's even luckier

  • yoshi is stupid and gay on that stage

  • how do u get comet stars?

  • @l304my100 by collecting comet medals in EVERY stage

  • Woah, wait. Yoshi is in this level?? I worked my freaking BUTT off to get this star!!!!

  • @stinkomalinko But you never explored the crystals :(

  • I am stuck on this level, with Yoshi. It keeps making me mad.

  • @BaseballAlpha28 that what happend to me too! but then i almost fell when the gold star came out but i let go of yoshi and it made jump higher to get the star =)

  • @ASpecialMushroom Yeah I beat it finally.

  • @BaseballAlpha28 yoshi is stupid in this level (and gay....)

  • @ASpecialMushroom How is he stupid/gay? I did find it weird that those pig-like things with wings kiss Yoshi and won't come off unless you shake.

  • @BaseballAlpha28 because he makes us die alot

  • @ASpecialMushroom Lol that doesn't make him stupid or gay. It is your fault if you die, not Yoshi's.

  • @BaseballAlpha28 well ill just blame him

  • i done this level and i did not notice yoshi it was hard just with out yoshi

  • I love the music to this galaxy, i have just done but not the comet yet XD

  • What would you recommend to get the number of lives you have?

  • This one is crazy! It's like quadruple time

  • @just4lizzy

It's in eighth notes. Any faster and the blocks would only be visible for 1/2 a second. IF they were at a BPM of 128, the galaxy would pretty much ceas to exist.

  • This is much harder using Yoshi, I think. Keeping the beat is easier when you're just jumping with Mario.

  • @jerryjets You definitely have to have different timing if you're using Yoshi.

  • The biggest thing that helped me on this level was doing the 'beeps' along with the game, so when the game beeped so did I, I was in sync with the game, I didn't really need yoshi for most of it but he does make it a A LOT easier!

  • I'm not trying to brag or anything but I had no idea Yoshi was in this level and I still managed to get through it. Yoshi is definitely the pussy way to get through this.

  • @VisceraVolta Congrats, this isn't the hard playthrough.

  • @WayoshiM for me, yoshi just gets in the way on this level....he actually makes it harder to keep the timing....so i did it without him

  • @VisceraVolta yeah and you proably want a guy to stick up your rear!

  • @Hallamfoebell I want u to fuck my ass hell yeah faggot. Fuck you this is a kids game GTFO.

  • Without Yoshi, getting pass this mission would be very difficult because the beat blocks appear and disappear every second. His flutter jump comes in very useful in collecting the Silver Stars. Unlike New Super Mario Bros. Wii, at least Yoshi serves an important role in this game.

  • Still can't do that fucker of a level!!!

  • Lol I didn't k ow the first yoshi was there I only knew the last yoshi

  • Very wild playing !!

Check out my upload of DOUBEL TIME

! i have A more relaxed, gaming style and it works better

  • 42! The most important Number!

  • CUTE

  • I think it's because 77 is a lucky number now.

  • I didn't use Yoshi in this one. No long jump =)

  • this is so darn easy with yoshi!

  • Don't ask me why, but I used just mario for this comet.

  • @LawsonandTice Me too, I kept dying too many times w/ Yoshi. Though seems maybe easier w/ Yoshi when actually collecting stars at the end

  • @WarRogers Yeah, either way I still beat the mission:)

  • Despite that it is called "Double Time", the blocks are actually changing in quadruple time! (i.e. There are four colour changes for every one colour change in the original level.)

  • @lemonrind good point!

  • this is where i started pulling my hair out. i have absolutely no rhythm, which really hurts me on this star. i think i'll be saving this one for last. ugh.

  • @elvisthefish that's not completely possible. there are 242 stars. the latest you can save this to is star #120.

  • @Jakerooo123 I know that - I meant once I get #119. I'm almost there...#110. Argh, for me, SMG2 is harder this time around.

  • odd remix of gyodus from paper mario TTYD

  • @sorrow2112 this is a remix from super mario bros underground levels.

  • Wait, you got Yoshi?! I didn't see a Yoshi! I did this all on plain ol' Mario Jumps!

  • ugh! I just beat this level on double time. My heart is racing! And now I'm linking my friends this vid so they can see what I just did. >< Thanks for posting!
