  • Very Nice !

  • ive got a 31" 1931 moto mower super detroit. so its comparable in size. mine also is able to steer using hand clutches. its alot of fun to drive around and mow with. mine uses a 1.5hp briggs model WA cast iron engine which will still drag me up hills and mow even just idling away because of its shear torque.

  • @1944johndeerel ,

Yeah, I've come across your videos of it before and I really admire it! I love vintage Moto Mowers, they are something else and I'd love to add one to the collection someday.

It's great that you have the videos that you do of your's, there just isn't any out for machines like this which makes it fun to hear and see what they look like when they are in action.

    Enjoy it!

  • @76280zguy exactly why i make videos like that. you just dont see antiques like those being used any more. i just had the moto mower out yesterday. i put all brand new drive chains on it a couple weeks ago and i mow with it every so often its alot of fun. only thing it really needs is a blade sharpening and minor carb work. but it was very well cared for all its life and the rare WA briggs does not burn oil and starts and runs excellent. not bad for 1931. gotta love them

  • Nice machine! Good job of explaining and describing the machine.

  • @ka9wrz , Hey, thanks a lot, the video was fun to make. :)
