As you see, these guys that spend all this time in the gym but they dont work on their cardio workout (running) and they have to starve themselves for 3 days and not drink anything the day of and the day before these shows, basically to get their muscles and veins to pop out like that, and they just soak them in oil to make them look all shiney, lol.

Bodybuilders need a lot of cardio in order to build up their endurance. Also, cardio time is also not exactly necessary as most of these guys are on double split training systems. It is a myth that bodybuilders have to starve themselves and stop drinking water before competition. If they were to do that then there bodies wouldn't know what was happening and would retain everything they ate or drank. It would make them look bloated and fat at competition time. Know what you're talking about.
