You need more on you overview, you only have evrything in system+ friendlies up there. nIm thinking if there was an optoin to add spacedust to over\view, you would have already.
@becauseigame A a very valid and biting criticism. However when sneaky ninja hunting fleet mates and space dust decloak you just as easily as reds do. Celestials are listed to be able to quickly determine which ones are on and off dscan at any given moment, they sort to the bottom of the list so don't really get in the way with funtimes on grid.
Just FYI, a billion isk is a bit high for a ransom, when there's a good chance to get away with your implants. Unless he was completely faction fitted.
At the time Tengus were still fairly new and the hulls alone were worth quite a bit more than they are today. 1B seemed like a fair enough ransom given the ages of the characters involved, the SP loss they were sure to endure, and the "shiny" factor of the ship at the time. As it turns out each ship was fitted with about 4B isk in mods IIRC. After splitting the drop each of us walked away with nearly 1B isk. The ransom would have saved them alot :p
Wow!!! So like it never occured to either one of them to primary the pilgrim??? Either one of them could have tanked you all day if they weren't sucked dry. Typical clueless caldari.
LOL i had much respect for you guys because it looked like you guys knew what you where doing with coms... untill i heard "if hes shield tanked hes going down" LOL bunch of noobs that god lucky.
Complete crap at cap and mods management. Sorry to say it but it's true. You got lucky the ecm drones did the job in time and that the other tengu came too and didn't target you.
He failed big time. Without the neuts there was no way in hell you could have got them down.
It most certainly was their loss rather than our win, but we still got the loot :p
Even with the ECM drones out there they were still putting out more than enough DPS to have killed me, particularly if they had caught me when I first started capping out.
@Aegis23 Indeed I mis-managed the situation and kick myself now watching it. We were not on any audio and could not get coordinated, I could not tell which ship had the neuts and the guy I came into help did not have them targeted either.. an expensive lesson.
and well my proteus would be harder to crack with 800k EHP =) 97k armor buffer lolz.....by the time you would get to low armor id deffinately have some backup to help me out =)
Well organized but it cost us about three days work to outfit new ships.. it did put a dent in our wallet and made us a little more cautious.. in any case good job with the strike we hope to return the favor at some time.
I was the only one with neuts, and really the only threat at on the field at all. As you saw they could have killed me twice over during the engagement, but after the ECM drones cycled once they decided to chew on the myrm instead.
Which worked out for us because it was running a dual rep tank and it's main purpose was to carry 3 points in case they were stabbed.
If they had managed to kill my ship they could have tanked a group twice our size until DT
If they were passive they would have been much less of a threat to us, worst case we would have sent someone back to Kspace to reship for more DPS. We have caught a passive tengu in a hole as well, still only took us 2:30 minutes to drop it, in a class 3 pulsar no less.

@extent421 Indeed, well played. You're lucky they were not passive tanked (it's actually damn good on a tengu).
