Those are "condition zero" skins. in original counter-strike skins are same looking as in your non-steam game, but if you buy counter-strike anthology (Which includes condition zero , cz deleted scenes, day of defeat, ricochet and deathmatch classic) you'll get condition zero skins in 1.6 too!
