  • Wished I could of paid my respect in person as I did for Ernie K-Doe ,we had a great fund raiser after he passed, you were a great Lady,Loved the missing digit story

  • For sure. I'm lucky to have witnessed it. They marched from the Treme church where the services were held to the Mother-In-Law lounge underneath the overpass on Claiborne. They stopped there, and lifted the mannequin Ernie K-Doe and carried him past Antoinette's coffin and into the club. It was both surreal and beautiful.
