As for religous experiences including ND's science has been able to recreate the experience at will by stimulating certain parts of the brain. When the brain dies there is nothing else. @boldecvr Ah normally I would agree with you, but I wonder if you can spot the difference in his story, A believer has been given the Holy Spirit, which testifies to truth, yet even those who do not have this great gift often can also see truth. @bol, The Bible is written in parables. The historic accounts are all true, but they are not the purpose for being in the Bible. The historic accounts are teaching spiritual lessons. The Lord must open the eys of an individual before he will 'see' these Truths. The Lord Created a Jewish Nation by decree. A spiritual Jew, is one that was Elected by the Lord to enter His Kingdom. The Jews in the middle east were only used as a portrait of His Kingdom for 1,480 years.

@bo, The millions of born again Elect, all have the same Spirit of Truth. No need to single me out. Most of man was destined to live, die, and return to the dust. A small % of mankind, was GIVEN something they did not deserve (eternal life) So, no one can say they were cheated. The Elect are still being harvested in our day, for the next 13 months. @boldecvr you see, You simply appear to me to be someone similar to a man who says the world is flat, and although someone else has proof it is an orb, you prevent yourself from the possibility of hearing fact that would dispell your view. I cannot respect ignorance that has no desire to hear truth, simply because they must believe their preconcieved lies. God does not always continue to provide escape, those who continually stiffen their neck, will meet destruction.

@luettem The fact is that most people at one time did believe the world was flat and were proven wrong. The same is true of god. The whole world thought god did everything then came facts and evidence. It's not a matter of ignorance on my part since if you have proof I would gladly welcime it as I am sure the CIA and most world govts since no doubt they would be doing everything possible to get an advantage here on earth.

@boldecvr I did give you a place to hear about the incrediable signature of God in Hiw Word, and the way it was created, but you cannot bear truth. As to the 'world' they will all be destroyed in the near future, rich, poor, leaders, all who did not recognize God. I have provided enought truth, that you could no longer continue to be deceived, but its your life. Your choice, and hiding under cardboard doesnt become anyone.

If someone killed your family in front of you, and the judge (feeling benevolent) allowed him to go free, you would scream injustice from the roof tops. God is Just. He is a consuming Fire, and will judge everyman.

@luettem If a creator of the universe really exists I find it repugnant he exhibits all the traits of mans failings such as vindictivnenss jealousy and anger. I wouldn't worship a being like that even if he did exist. On the other hand I think it rational that a creator of the universe does not reward the ability to be gullible. As to the "son of god" there is no evidence he ever existed.

@luettem You and others have twisted passages to make it say what you want or think. Israel is certainly no "nation" as described in the bible. It exists because the US and others allow it too. Soon it will be forced to give up land and share whats left with the Palestinian. Furthermore all those inhabitants in the Middle East share the same DNA. There are no pure Jews or Arabs. Anything else you propose would make god a politician. I don't buy it.

Adam was created to live forever, his body began to die that very day, and his soul was doomed at that moment along with yours. @bold, You have no clue as to what a True relationship with the Lord, Jesus Christ is. Nobody is 'forgiven' on Sunday. Either the LORD has paid for ALL of your sins, or NONE of them, before man was even Created. What you believe has nothing to do with Salvation. The LORD either Chose you, before the foundation of time, or He did not. Man has no input. Most of man was not Chosen to eternal life, and will be destroyed, when the Elect are Raptured on May 21, 2011.

If everyone was chosen then why did Jesus come in the first place proclaiming people to follow him. Again you can't have it both ways. @bo, Communion was a sign, pointing to the broken body, and shed blood of the LORD. In our day, since the Church Age (May 22,0033-May 21, 1988) has ended, the communion ritual is no longer sanctioned by the Bible. Confession was never necessary, except to the LORD in private prayer. The Lord, Jesus Christ, came to earth to demonstrate what was required to pay for the sins of His Elect (II Tim 1:9-10). Namely, to be cursed of God.

@bo, The closer you align your life with God's Law, generally, the more blessings should flow unto you. Sins, such as crime, alcohol, drugs, gambling, porn, etc, all add layers of problems to peoples lives. Gods love is shown to the wicked, by not destroying them immediately. God's Law states, the soul that sins shall surely die. The LORD could destroy you with for lying. For His Elect, the LORD shows His love, by taking their punishment of death, upon Himself. An awesome show of love!

@WitnessoftheTruth I've asked for examples of God love in the bible but I don't think thats it. How does Jesus dying on the cross satisfy a debt? To WHOM did Jesus pay the price of dying on the cross? It was either God or Satan. Who demanded it?
