  • We had the same background or backdrop for choir

  • This sounds just as good as we do today. I love Mrs. Menger, and I am LOVING my Jr. Year and first year of Colt Chorale and I hope to be in it my Sr. Year "Kick 'Em Colts"

  • i can tell that you all gave a lot of dynamics, however they are difficult to hear due to the echo in the room. Your choir did this song many justices and i hope that my choir in LA can repeat it as well as this!

  • You don't have a choir and you were in this one.

  • shhh

  • I'm in this choir, and we practice this song all year. If you look on the top right row. Count 2 ppl down that is me.

  • Very good lol. The stomp @ the end made it seem a bit austere though. Otherwise, I fully agree - the diction really complemented the fast pace

  • this song is made powerful and matures sounding by the use of vowels and diction which makes them sound mature and they put alot of energy into the son. well done :)

  • really intense- the diction and accents are so strong! everyone's bodies are swaying to the music, but thats a good thing. the speed is a little much, but it works for the song.

  • The guys are really into it. And the song is Forte the WHOLE song...chill out.

  • Overall good job on a very difficult song. The dynamics were off, and it did sound rushed at places. But I know how hard this song is, as my high school chamber choir is singing this song. It's a great job for a choir that large.

  • It wasn't bad, but the staccato thing wasn't working the whole time...And there were no dynamics...It was loud---THE WHOLE TIME.

  • Yeah, dynamics are marked PP and 'delicatissimo'. It should only escalate to MF up until the tutti at section F, where you can really belt it out!

  • Lose the strange accents at the beginning. Nice idea but really doesn't sound too good.

Nice bouncy feel you got there though =D

  • It isn't rushed that much, it just sounds that way when you do this piece with a big choir like this. They did a great job. There where a couple of parts where the intonation was a tad bit off. When the A-ve-e-va was sang at the end, the va was off a bit. I'm just really picky, but it was a GREAT JOB, especially with a group this large!

  • Strange as it sound, I think you guys actually went a little bit TOO fast-- it sounds way too rushed. Slowing down just a little bit would help you to lock in those pitches a little better.

Nice job though, on a very difficult piece.

  • I agree. It especially sounded rushed at 1:50and the very end.

  • good job chorale

  • its good but the head nodding, dont like it lol
