Nothing wasted my foot! What about the hearts, gizzards, and even the wings? You can get wing meat off of big mallards let alone any sort of geese. Obviously gizzards are not for everyone, but the hearts are darn good man. Also cutting off the "bad" meat because it has a little blood clot in it is extremely wasteful. Oh that doesn't look very appetizing better throw it away? Love Delta Waterfowl, but this is rather disappointing for the organization to post.
