  • its no risk as long as you dont burn the meat and eat the burned black parts-so learn to barbecue.

    these guys cook great

Bbq is healthy its not just for breakfast anymore ! bigal thebarbecuemaster

  • This is the best American redneck video I have ever seen! You sure know how to cook your lamb!

  • what's the music in the background? Love it....

  • 10:17 umm excuse me?

  • the guy's tone makes me wanna chow on some lamb chops and wash them down with beer

  • That isn't Thyme, it's Rosemary. Rosemary goes very nicely with lamb.

  • this is very easy and delicious recipe....

  • That's rosemary not time lol

  • love your spot, and love your cooking!! mouth watering,,,,,just disappointed you left those garlic cloves on grill going to waste!! thanks for all your good stuff!

  • ITS GOOD!!! cant get enough of that

  • where is Boy, you OK man?

  • I love the porn music in the background.

  • I wondered why he was using an oven mit an a kitchen knife, I was offended. I then realized it was a different person. My offence has gone and I'm being more forgiving.

  • I just eaten lamb chop and it's so HARD!!!! to bite

  • @angellyyumoto you didn't get a very good lamb chop :P

  • @angellyyumoto because it was overcooked...should be meduim to med well at most

  • lost two asparagus :[

  • Where can you get that grill grate??? I'm assuming the grill is a Webber?

  • @ldgrmnmc I think I saw another video on here where they were setting those grates on amazon. Are they not on Webers site?

  • Jeezeus...these are LAMB chops? Seriously??? Dude what sort of mutant lamb do you grow there in Texas?

...but seriously, nice presentation, these look really juicy, watching made me hungry!

  • This guys voice is the best!

  • wheres the mustache

  • This food recipe looked so delicious, that by the time they finally took a bite of those lamb chops, i flat out passed out.

  • Definitively I have to try this one... but in my country lamb chops have a different cut: not as thick as those ones... so I´ll have to talk to the butcher. But I will escort the meal with a good Spaniard red wine from "Ribera del Duero".

Sir, may I ask you who´s the cooker? maybe your son? a relative? a friend?

  • life is guud around the pit =)

  • I like the Way he Says GGooooooooooooddd

  • Dont they have all such recipes written down on their website? I cant seem to find any. Just videos. And what all did he add after olive oil? I am not very familiar with marinade sauces and ingredients. I would love to make the chops in the next weekend. I normally make food by seing a printout of the recipes.

  • @unisol77 not all the recipes on the site have pages some are only on a playlist, so you're basically just still watching a youtube video.

  • Half a cup of olive oil? Looks more like half a mug ^^. But, that said, ill enjoy my foodgasm.

  • where is nonno??????

  • lol "Five sat restaurant style." Then they just go ahead and eat the chops with thier hands lol This is my all time favorite cooking show

  • hi, i missed your ingredient to make marinated part.I did check out bbqweb site but i didnt find out this recipe. Can you give me some advice or some note, it will be perfect.

thanks alot for sharing with us

    Angel

  • Was that thyme in the beginning? Those leaves looked huge, like rosemary. Rosemary is also the traditional herb for lamb...so maybe it was rosemary? Blargh!

  • Man this is a great recipe for easter.

  • TO SKIP COMMERICALS PRESS F5... it works like 90% of the time

  • You guys rock...

    Monterey,california

  • You should try putting some olive oil and sea salt on asparagus sometime, they ALWAYS turn out delicious!

  • You guys are great. Love the vids thats why I subscribed. F**k the socialist types!!!!

  • i could watch this all days

  • I live in Australia where we eat far more lamb than the Americans. Loin chops and the leg are the best cuts i think but those chops are not cheap any more. Everyone got on the band wagon i think. We also traditionally have mint jelly with lamb and it goes beautifully with this meat. Loved the video. Thanks, and hello from Australia.

  • I love your videos :) I might actually have to get a charcoal grill this year. The first recipe I think I'll make is the Bacon Chicken Sticks. They looked really good! Keep the videos comin' boys! Thanks for posting!

  • made this meal last night, it was awesome even though I didn't have dijon mustard and had to use plain yellow mustard, and I used thyme even though it appears he actually used rosemary. still very good

  • You guys make owning a range/stove sound pointless. Really creative.

  • one of best channel on youtube

  • @DarthCelcius

Yes I agree - I think he was referring to the blackened char grilled lines that you get from a piece of grilled meat. I'm pretty sure you can cut back the HCAs by using an acidic marinade like lemon or red wine.

  • niceee

  • It's not thyme, it is rosemary.

  • So I was at a friend's place, and his father was saying how he doesn't like BBQ'ed stuff because of the hydrocarbons being a health risk. I just said what the hell, you gotta die of something.

  • @nseagoon71 Yea and BBQ a good answer.

  • @nseagoon71 I'm not too concerned bout the danger of bbq foods as long as its cooked right. As long as the char aint over none, I think I'll be fine. Is that coarse mustard he used?

  • awesome stuff

  • Hey wheres the machete.... That knife cuts through anything....YOu smell that......that smells guuuuuudd!!!!! thats whats up

  • good job guys awesome as ever

  • There is a new grate on your grill :)

  • Yea the pre ads are annoying and I know Youtube is responsable of it.

So what? even if the BBQPitBoys are putting the ads on purpose, there's nothing wrong with it. They are making one of the best cooking channels on youtube. They deserved to be paid! I really hope they can make some good money out of this!

  • where's the old hickory? this new guy performs real good! maybe the old timers are prepping up the old one for this guy to handle once he's all leveled up in skill, bbqpitboys standards! nice stuff!!

  • Now that's what I call MAN COOKING! :D Measurements are by instinct, not numbers on a spoon/cup. MAN! I love them recipes.

  • id like to know where you got your new grate at and how you like it thanks

  • id like to know where you got your new grate at and how you like it thanks

  • Awesome recipe guys. Your video quality has gotten much nicer over time. Great job.

  • GO BBQ PIT BOYS!!! who shaved?! D:< i'll find you and bitch slap you with miracle grow on my hand...

  • @casecar lol don't piss your pants over a 30 second add, refresh the page. Youtube is who are doing the ads, they are being fags, but seriously, don't act like a 12 year pussy hater over it kid.

  • Whoohoo, again so nice!

So, you have 'glasshopper' out of training. Maybe some more moves to learn from the 'master', but doin' good.

And although the nostalgia of 'old hickory' was nice, I thinks it's good to see some nice new tools at work (especially the mitt).

  • I see we got a new kid on the block, I miss the ol' timer and that ol' knife! having said that the youngin' did a good job although he did forget an asparagus on the grill. Having said that, you guys kick ass!

  • do you have any videos with dog meat?

  • have any videos on shark meat bbq?

  • You should post the ingredients...

  • Guys, You should post the ingredients in the description, so non-americans can translate the words...

  • what does he say what type of mustard? at 1:04

  • @jabarimclain2

Looked like a average course dijon mustard.

If it was me id do Beavers Sweet and Spicy mustard.

  • The new guy does a good job, but it looks like he's in too much of a hurry. I think you Pit Boys need to give him a couple beers to relax a little!

I'm going to make this for my wife real soon. Thanks.

  • @benshomebrew Can't agree with you more... Relax we enjoy a slow, loved, made meal...

  • whats the green stuff?

  • sounded like he said mint jelly.

  • cant agree more !

  • That wasn't thyme...that was rosemary. But even better in my opinion.

  • @rayansb absolutely! :P

  • @rayansb at least to me

  • @rayansb not at all :P

  • @rayansb because of food? :O

  • he uses too many knives

  • Also, did the meat go bad? Cause there's something green on the grill. (I actually like grilled veggies)

  • Wait a second......this guy's clean shaven! Did BBQ Pit Boys hire a pro chef now?!? I guess he's alright, though, looks like he knows how to BBQ.

  • @casecar YouTube is running the ad, not us. We tried to stop the pre-roll but cannot as yet. Having said that, you're not one of them socialist types that believe everything in life should be free? Give us a break. -BBQ Pit Boys

  • Comment removed

  • @BarbecueWeb hey communists enjoy a good bbq too.. i guess :) really enjoy ur vids as always. hope u guys do make a few bucks off this!! teaching a few million people how to grill gotta be worth a lil sumthin. just say "you see that?? it looks guuud" and we're happy!!

  • @BarbecueWeb I get the horrible feeling you are a Republican. I am a big fan of your channel, but if my suspicions are true I'm afraid I'm gonna have to tell you to lie on down. I'm gonna tread all over you.

  • @BarbecueWeb

    Are you prejudiced agains socialists?

  • wow

  • this is awesome

  • who's the new pit master boys? that's some mean grillin right there

  • Hey pitboys once again enjoyed the choice of food and awesome preparation, you were getting a little to fancy for the pit until you dropped your fork and just dug in with your hands . Also the fresh herb you used in your marinade is not Thyme but Rosemary a very very different herb with that blends perfectly with lamb. Keep up the great videos

  • Fantastic recipe!! Looks mouthwatering--thx for the post.

  • is that what the call a redneck?

  • That wasnt thyme, that was rosemary!

  • food looks great again pit boys. I dont know about the new tenderfoot tending the pit but the lamb looks good. Im sure he had alot of coaching from ya!!! Wheres his beard at goatie mushtache anything come on man

    Yea! LOL!

  • HAHA, yeah, where's the rusty machete?

  • @pwbh299 i think they said it was out in the back lot cuttin' brush...!

  • 5 STARS!!!!!!!

  • It's a cast iron replacement grate by Cracort. 85.95 for 22in weber. You can remove each quarter to add wood etc. It's on my wishlist.

  • ew costly, but worth it I'm sure if you need a replacement. Thanks

  • @nclghtning sorry

  • OK ! who does the voice?

  • Yeah another good looking one. Also like that new grill grate. Any info on that?

  • Who's the young guy?

  • what a noob pit master, didnt even let the chops rest..all the juices poured right out of the meat when he cut it.

  • @bashafacin im pretty sure he cut it that fast just to hurry up and show it.

  • Hey pit boys another great video, got a little fancy this time around for sure not your style but when you dropped the fork and just went in with your hands at the end it made up for it lol. Just a quick correction when you are making your marinade the fresh herb you have is not Thyme its Rosemary. Keep up the great videos

  • who is the new guy? where did you get the new grill grate is it cast iron? some fresh mint chopped up mixed with white wine vinegar or a vinegar of your choice and seasoning would b better than the grenn glowing jelly.

  • aye who is the new guy? wasn't that herb rosemary? no matter thyme just as good. where did you get your grill grate? is it cast iron? i done beef brisket last nite a whole 1 11.5lb it's ggggooooooooodddddd!!

  • MINT jelly?!?! omg wtf?!

  • Did the greenhorn cut off his thumbs? He aint usein em.

  • That tyme sure does look like rosemary!

  • got my bbq shoes on........5/5

  • The very first thing I noticed was a new grill rack. And the second thing was that the guy cooking seem uncomfortable and rushed. And I wanted to yell at him to not leave that last asparagus on the grill!

  • Everytime I watch these guys, no matter what time day or night, I get hungry.

  • @Ldunk I saw the video in my sub box last night... but I didn't watch for that very reason :D

  • nice recipe bbqpitboys, I love lamb chop!

  • Love those cast iron grates but where's the knife boys?

  • GOOOOD

  • dam it give me some lol

  • Looks awesome guys! but I gotta partially agree with dieseldragontamer, where's the old hickory/multitool? and what's up with the itty bitty paring knife? Not very manly!

  • You keep dropping the asparagus rookie lol j/k. Over all look good

  • That new young guy cooks real good.

  • mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm hmmmmmmmmmmmm :p

  • There's not much better eatin' than Lamb chops done as perfectly as these!

  • Yum

  • shit!!! they dont even need to slice it before tasting!!

  • made my day :-D

  • that's how real men eat

  • did he say MINT JELLY?

  • yes

  • Thats the best part!

  • TheComplementor,

Mint jelly has been eaten with lamb for a very long time. Some people would even say that a restaurant that does not serve mint with lamb is not a good restaurant.

It may sound weird but they actually do go together rather well.

  • jup! it's lamb you know..

    never had a Mojito?

  • @TheComplementor sounds like it... But jelly and BBQ meat sounds gross.

  • pure awesomeness

  • Lamb Chops done perfect. Man it's goood! :)

  • Whats the deal with the new guy?

    Wheres the big ol knife?

Whats up with the new grill?

Guess im not used to change.

  • The new guy looks like the same guy that did the hog roast when they brought in a big ole smoker and had someone do up a pig.

  • LOL!

  • @dieseldragontamer -the times, they are a changin'. Heard that a couple of the boys were cutting brush out back with Old Hickory, and one of the boys was laid-up cause he got real hurtin at his gator wrestling job, so they brought in this new guy. I think they finally burned out the old grate. It's all good.

  • ahhh the way to my heart....through my stomach...lol I love this vid...will try it.

  • hm...gotta get me some of that lamb someday!

  • i've never eaten lamb,mutton, goat...need to try it.(oh, veal also...)

  • @practicalmagic9 Its really good if you cook it right!

  • @XXXphatloserXXX i have heard that...i have also been told that how a sheep/lamb is butchered can make a difference.the lanolin in wool can taint the flavor of the meat i guess?make it taste off?

however, i keep thinking i want to taste it prepared RIGHT by someone else so i know how it's supposed to taste first.can you help me in that dept?anything to compare it to?

  • @practicalmagic9 Uhhh, I really don't know what to compare it too. There are many variations of cooking veal/lamb/mutton. Indian food uses mutton in there curries. Italians use it in place of chicken sometimes (Veal parmigiana) and Lamb is really good grilled!

  • I am hungry now and its 03.00 just love the video

  • GOD BLESS YOU FOR POSTING THIS!!!!

  • YO! dis da guy that made those roasted piglets!
