if you want the car to have MORE RPM's you need to reconfiger the ECU (the Brain) by playing with the set up, or buying racing chip, and I am not really sure how much they cost, as far as I know they are over $150 range, but you will suck more gas, and your engine may over heat if you dont do the right upgrades, as a first thing you need a Cold air intake system. and what they call that things is (RPM Limiter)
