this ride actually is a genius sculpt but needs more effort... it's like the teacup ride in Disney where the more you spin the table of the cup, the faster the cup spins. if the people on the ride sort of threw their weight into the rock like a swing, it would turn. or they can make the system do that... throw a weight imbalance to create more flips... maybe steepen that first drop. this is a cross between ride and roller coaster. why not make it more interesting?

@MadKidInTown Yes it does. It's a 4D coaster. It depends on the weight of the riders. It can spin 1 time, and it can spin 5+ times too. But you always go up-side-down, so it's not lame. Ride it before you make such statement.

i went on this ride and i recommend people to NOT GO ON IT i waited in line for 15 minutes then when i was right at the front of the line it broke down for an hour then i went on it and it spins so fast that it tightens your harness and then it broke down before we could get off in the station for 10 minutes with the harness squeezing my legs and causing me to lose circulation in my legs. it sucks and i will never go on this ride again

Green Lantern at Six Flags Magic Mountain was disappointing! I thought this ride was going to be spinning you throughout the entire ride but that wasn't the case. Pretty much the first POV clip on this video is what it's like. Very short, no spinning, long line, and it only lasted 20 seconds. X2 is still the most intense coaster at Magic Mountain.

@joshywashy44 Yes. It's very funny, but a bit intense. It might roll around a lot, depending on who's on the other side. Each time you go on it, is a unique time. It all depends on the peoples weight on this one. I would recommend it. :-)

@MrZombow people in the us tend to be a bunch of assholes when they see new rides that dont last over a minute or look big. i try to say if you have an adrenaline rush, you didnt waste a minute of your life riding this ride. im pretty sure this ride will be worth the 2-hr wait once it opens, like it was for superman. im glad MM has that many coasters. i agree with u 100%. i feel lucky to live 5 mi down the highway from the coaster capital of the world. they aint bad, people are just snobby.

@MrZombow dont worry about it. no offense taken. i agree with you about how some people say coasters that aint tall are boring. what counts is the thrill and im all about the adrenaline. and yes its worth it. there are some unbelieveable coasters at sfmm. i say its worth the trip. definitely a must go. if this was 5 years ago, the only reason you would fly overseas just to go to a theme park was because its disneyland. but now, either place is gonna be really popluar
