An 11 year solar cycle causes an average 0.2C oscillation. However, with NO NET increase in solar radiation since 1975, arctic ice and mountain glaciers have lost 50% of their total mass.

I don't see how environmental organizations can have such massive control over the government over huge corporations with profit margins in the tens of millions of dollars. Big business has the budget to hire hundreds of lobbyists, where as environmental organizations rely on donations from people. The top 1% of the US owns over 44% of the wealth. Who do you think is in a position to hire a lobbyist a factory worker or a CEO making $2,000 a day?

Evolution takes millions of years, not a century. The last time we had a 5º+ rise in temperature it caused a mass extinction event which killed over 95% of the species on earth. Besides, this isn't about the environment any more, it's about us. Billions will die if the worst possible effects of climate change do happen, it won't be the end of humanity but it will be the end of humanity as we know it.
