This person lost "all" his/her muscle mass because he/she was using steroids before, then came off them, started using estrogen and shrank. Estrogen is the reason why females have small muscles and those with large(r) muscles ALL abuse steroids. And I'm not just talking about those huge female bodybuilders. (Much) Smaller girls abuse steroids too.

I have to thank you a lot. The video you made, one year ago "MTF 1 year transition timeline" gave me the courage I lacked to start my own transition. Now, I'm done with the psychotherapy (at least 6 months are required, here, in Italy, before you start taking hormones) and that's my second month on HRT.
