no, shinhwa was initially formed under SM Entertainment which is where DBSK, BOA, and SUJU belongs...they were with SM from 1998-2003...then they signed up with a new record label, GOOD ENTERTAINMENT in 2003, and have renewed their contract with same said record company last january 14, 2006...now se7en started training under YG ENTERTAINMENT label since he was 15, and debuted in 2003....
