I like the test swerdna, in some ways I wish that you did not have the outrigger for the prop to the outside of the circle but rather straight overhead. If effectively raises the wind speed for the prop over that of the cart. Would it be too much work to raise it up, I am sure that it would still work, maybe not quite as quickly but the principals are still sound.
Trouble is it could easily have been faked, so it is not going to convince the disbelievers. Sporks peer reviewed article is hopefully going to convince some, and the mythbusters some others.

I'm now building a boat for "directly down water" testing and a cart for outdoor wind testing.
