@ have this phone is awesome i never had any problems with it till i dropped it for the 100th and last time a few months ago and the screen went black but it did take a lot of falls and its fast for not being a smart phone and the camera is better then most 5mp cameras that i have seen...if your thinking about it you should get it

@ItsAlwaysAva if you go to at&t.com they have a lot of nice phones for few with new contracts and with up grades and things like that also if you just look up cheap phones free phones and things like that you can find really good deals just may take a little while of searching but trust me it is worth the time

I had this phone for almost 2 years, I just got the LG Cosmos Touch last night.. I thought this phone was good to me, it had an AMAZING battery life, I left it on for almost a week and the battery bar was full. The messaging was fairly good, but after 2 years, it just got old. The inbox got full VERY easily, and it was kinda slow. But, a good phone :)

@runahgate Not really......it isnt the best phone. I'd reccomend the Pantech Crux it's a really good messaging phone even though it's touch screen.........I can text with ease with 42 WPM. Hope it helps!!!

I had this phone for only a couple of months and am a heavy texter. It could not, by any means, keep up with me and frequently shut off despite having deleted the messages regularly. When the phone was not shutting down it was freezing. After going through five of these phones I gave up and went with the Alias 2 and have yet to have a problem...other than a dog attempting to devour it. However, I will say that I loved the set up of the Env3. Without the glitches it is a neat little phone.

It is a great phone the entire time I had it did not go down one battery bar which I think is amazing, it has shut off a couple times but come on, what phone does not? I am not much of a fan of Verizon, my wife had a cell phone with verizon for several years,

Now she is sick in the hospital for last year, and can, t even talk and verizon will not even cancel he subscription it was set up on automatic pay direct from the bank. Don’t ever set up automatic pay with Verizon for when you try to ccncel they will not let you and will keep on charging you and the only way you can stop them is to close your bank account.

Ugh oh my god. I hate this phone. I had it for a long time and it just pissed me off over and over again. It would turn off all the time, even during calls. If you drop it a couple times, it freezes. It glitches ALL the time. The keyboard takes a little getting used to and the camera is a piece of shit. Not mention, I dropped mine ON A COUCH and the screen cracked... Total piece of shit. Then I got a new one and after three months, they keys wore out! DO NOT BUY THIS! I was very happy to upgrade

@NiMNice I have this phone and that is not true. I have had this phone for a year and a half and it nomally doesnt do that. Unless you record a song with the phone and set it as a ringtone because the recording quality isn't all that great. But with the ringtones that you buy, download, and already have on there the sound is just great really clear. Hope this helped!:)

I have had this phone for a little more for a month. It is really great and I have dropped it several times including on my gravel driveway and it still works perfectly fine. I had a Samsung Rogue before this and it SUCKED! I am not allowed to get a Samsung phone ever again. The sound quality was suckish. No one could unserstand me on that phone at It would always crash, it would glitch ten times each day, and the Rogue would send txts and call people by itself. I am happy to get rid of it.

I might get this phone tomorrow. I have the LG Voyager now which I like BUT...I'm kind of over the whole touch screen thing. Tired of cleaning it all the time, obsessing over the littlest scratches, etc. I just want a basic text messaging phone, and this is one I like. (plus it's a lot smaller then the Voyager. The Voyager is too bulky.) And there's a flash on this phone, my Voyager doesn't have flash on the camera. Can't wait.
