@ToastToGo i have a f4i that im putting back together after my crash it will be done by the riding season and i live in southern va and about 30-40 mins from williamsburg if that..
@ToastToGo yea nov 8 is when i wrecked it otw to work it was super cold that mourning and i hit a small patch of ice in a corner and it pushed straight off the road at 50+mph right into a tree my head hit the tree and the upper fairing, destroyed the front fairing and side fairings and the stay bracket ripped the front fairing completely off,I ended up with 3 crushed vertabreas and a half bittin off tounge but im uip and walking now, did a tip-over sensor bypass and it fired right up
@rka3rd Dude...I wouldn't want to be the reason why you drop your bike haha. The road is only like a mile...maybe two, long. Haha, but it's quite a small adventure.
I have tested my Honda CBR 600 F4i 01' on a dirt road, tryied 170km/h on straight. And cornering was really fun at 70-100km/h (: Giving a throttle in corners, even at 3rd and 4th gear my tire slided all the time :>
Thanks for this. My parents live up a dirt road and I was worried I'd always be stuck taking the cage to visit them. This video gave me the confidence to try riding an SS on dirt.
@TheAshenRider Nah don't be afraid of some dirt. It just would suck if it rained. My dad lives down a dirt road and I don't take my bike when it has just rained because there's a lot of mud.
haha awesome man. I plan on getting a F4i in the near future. The 250 is getting old. Looking forward to it's off-roading capabilities now! Always heard about you but never had the chance to check out your videos, sub'd now after watching a few :)
@thiskory99 Well...I am sure you know this but...it's not supposed to have any offroad capabilities hahah. But it's always fun to do something out of the norm. :P Welcome aboard! The f4i will be a great bike for you.
Is that a Honda multistrada? CBR600...GS? I like the way you think. I tipped my VFR over in the garage and broke my mirror and clutch lever + scuffed up the plastic, at least if you dump it in the dirt you were having fun!!!
@grysnlvfr Ahhhhhh I know the feeling! I dropped my previous VFR in the garage too. Bend the foot brake and broke off a mirror and bent the bar end. I lost my footing while putting the VFR on its centerstand haha .
@GaryL7623 Lol, if anything, I'll get a dual sport or super moto. Who knows what the future will bring. Or I'll just end up riding my f4i in the dirt more haha.
The dirt road looked like it was an old rail road with the cuts and the fills. It reminded me a lot of those old abandoned rail roads of Northern Michigan. Arizona is loaded with them.
@ToastToGo Where I live, the miners used the narrow gauge rails to haul the copper and gold out of the mountains. Those rails were pulled and now the roads are used for recreation. Lots of roads like that around here. I am not sure about the rest of the state, but I would think the same holds true, as mining was extensive.
Hell YA! Duel SUPER sport. Good ideas for getting familiar with a new bike. I'd like to see how the F4i does in the place where I filmed the video response. ;-)
I totally would of aimed for those big puddles lol
