john mayer is one of those artists who, at first, i didn't like; but the guy has so much talent it's hard to deny. he admits this song sounds like U2's bad... its really only the hook. "red wine and ambien, you're talkin shit again" how can you not love that line??

Personally, it's not the bluesy Trio jam I was looking forward hearing on Battle Studies- and after what I've heard so far I think it'd be a stretch to find anything close to "Who Did You Think I Was" or "I Don't Need No Doctor".

But regardless this song sounds well thought out with a deep, personal touch which Mayer is classic for. And while it's not my favorite work of his, he still finds a way to set his pop style away from the mainstream. All in all, great song, can't wait til November 17th.
