Urban mountain is easily accomplished if you live in a bungalow style Condo or a HIGH-RISE. Just consider each flight of steps another slope. I climb 24 flights once or twice a week and I can burn off a pound doing it. Total climb, 468 feet in 45-60 minutes. Great Cardio!!
