Level 23 was when the game difficulty was raised by another notch. No wonder why the player loses their last life here. This game has a perfectly placed difficulty curve- just one aspect that makes it the best game ever, regardless of the platform it appeared on (the fact that it was one of the first games ever made to get a "next-generation update" says it all!)
yes, that's it. Very difficult really. There are some high levels that are easier from the previous ones. But 23 is really hard. Once past 48 the game just repeats itself again and again. Too easy. The time gets a little lessbut still a doddle.
Having said that I did invest an entire year of my childhood in playing it.
