what mode did you shoot these on? what mode do you dom most of your shooting on? what is the aperture thinggy?

I used the Manual mode for most of these shots, the others where do in aperture priority mode. Manual mode however allowed me to pick the shutter speed and aperture that I needed to allow the affect you see
