@BleAcHADmin nor do they honestly need sleep, the digimon need food, water and sleep, but the humans don't need it much cause their bodies are set to real world time, and digiworld time goes much quicker, though it seems regular time to them cause they are digitized, and all their reaction speeds are as perfect as a computers.

One thing I remember, this show started off really light, but as the season progressed, it took a darker and darker turn.

I think it was light so it can keep on the air, but once they were more secure, they took risks, which is why this show did so well in it's first year.
