Just watched the Flyers beat the Caps last night...nothing's changed. Was at the game in December, too, when the Flyers beat them 7-1, and the coach had the audacity to claim the Flyers "ran up the score". How do you 'run up the score" in hockey? The Flyers fans may piss and moan when we lose, but the stands are ALWAYS full. Anyone remember the 10 game losing streak last year? STILL a packed arena! We were loyal when the guys were at the bottom of the standings.

Oh by the way you all have one of the WORST season ticket sales...it's called bandwagon. Flyers sell out no matter what. A 100% accurate statement. I still live in the area now, and nothing has changed. There are no real Caps fans, just bandwagon that only showed up in game 7. I was at game 7 and it was the first time ever I felt like there was actually a crowd that was behind the home team. I know when the regular season comes around it'll be back to the same old same old where the Caps have no fans again and noone will care. Philly has real hockey fans, and for that matter, real sports fans.

I've been a caps fan since i was born and i've been with them through very very bad and now very good, and i will agree that most of the bandwatgoners are classless, but Flyers fans are WAY worse. Also that game should never have gone to overtime the caps beat the 2-1 the Flyers second goal was an obvious goalie interference call.

I can say I am a classy fan, I don't wish bad luck on other players. If Washington had won, I would have said the same thing, the better team won. Flyers fans are not know to be classy, but there are some. However, the Washington fans threw junk at the players, I'm pretty sure that Flyers fans would not have done that.
