Although it sounds "Dennis" it says, what MasterLeague98 said, "Getis".

Unfortenly, it was suppose to say "Goetis", a greek word of "sorcery". It could be the Pokemon the sorcery, since in most of the games the People abuse their power for they purpose.

"versus G CIS" is what this theme is called on the OST, and is presumably referring to the character that everyone else on the net is calling Geetis/Geechisu, since this is the theme that plays when you fight him. Whether or not G CIS is the official transliteration of his name is anybody's guess.
