Here's the deal. When they developed Conker, he was originally just another cute cartoon character. His game was going to be a kiddy game. They were criticized at a show about yet another kiddy game coming out for the Nintendo 64. They went back, worked on it some more, showed it again, and criticized about it still being a kiddy game.

They took it back, made it the raunchiest, dirtiest games ever for a Nintendo system, just to get it passed all the people who criticized it.
